Every time that I have been I have had an excellent experience - unfortunately we have gone into lockdown almost immediately afterwards. This last time Amber was not well so had to cancel, but she did let me know in time and I have managed to rebook without any problems. Just hoping that she will have recovered from her illness and will be back to her usual cheerful self.
